Recombiner Caps - Rolls Batteries
come with optional extra "Recombiner Caps".
They are placed ontop of the battery in replacement
of the standard cell caps. When the battery gas
rises up to the recombiner caps, a catalyst produces
water from the gas and gently drips back into
the battery. This dramatically reduces the maintenance
as you should only have to top up the battery
1 or 2 times a year!

The 2-YS-31P features the same durability, performance
and ease of maintenance as every Rolls battery, but
its larger size and additional capacity of 3424AH allow
the system to minimize parallel connections, thereby
maximizing charge efficiency and reliability.
The new 2-YS-31P design maximizes cell size and bank
capacity, which reduces the depth of cycles while increasing
the battery's longevity. In addition, the larger capacity
allows users to minimize the number of cells in their
system, cutting down maintenance time.
The new 2-YS-31P is currently in production and will
be available in the near future.
